Most dispatch software is sold to transportation companies and billed per vehicle, with the useful parts as add-ons. You run a care center, not a fleet — so we charge you once.
A single center running up to 5 vans.
Flat rate, your first 5 vans included — see Additional vans if you run more. No add-ons, cancel any time.
Pay by bank transfer or card. We set your center up before you're charged for a full month.
For centers running a bigger fleet — no separate plan, no phone call.
Added automatically the moment you need it. Billed starting your next cycle — never a surprise charge the day you cover a breakdown with an extra van.
Questions about a larger fleet? Talk to us — a short call, not a sales process.
The routing tools in this market were built for companies whose product is rides — brokers and transport providers, billing per trip. A care center is a different business, so we price it like one.
You don't bill per trip, so you shouldn't be metered per trip or per vehicle from van one. Most centers never see a second charge — if you run a bigger fleet, extra vans are $39/mo each, still well under what per-vehicle competitors charge from the start.
Automatic dispatching is usually an upcharge on top of a per-vehicle base. Here it's the whole point of the product, so it's just included.
Paired morning and afternoon shifts, authorized versus preferred attendance days, wheelchair seating, EVV at the door. Not a trip queue.
A short form, then a quick call — your center's name, roughly how many vans you run, and how you'd like to pay. We then set your center up, import your existing roster, and walk your dispatcher through it — usually within two business days. You're not left to configure anything yourself.
Yes. Rider names, addresses and schedules are protected health information, and we treat them that way: encrypted storage, access logging on every read and change, and a signed Business Associate Agreement with your center before any real rider data is loaded. Rider names are never sent to third-party mapping services.
Yes, and most do. The driver web app runs right in their phone's browser — nothing to install — and they sign in with their phone number. Drivers who'd rather not use a phone at all can use a printed sheet instead.
Cancel any time — there's no term and no cancellation fee. It's worth an honest conversation first though: if your operation is mostly on-demand broker trips rather than a recurring roster, we're probably the wrong tool and we'll tell you.
Yes — the live demo is the real dispatcher application, loaded with made-up riders. No signup, nothing to install.
